A complete professional
As a patient of Dr. Rubin for over thirty years, I credit him with my good health. Testing and diagnosis and treatment are accurate. He explains conditions well and is friendly. If he has a visit that is rushed then that is due to an emergency and that is understandable. His staff is outstanding.

I've been going to UMMC cardiology long time and have been quite pleased. Recently I asked that I start being a patient of Dr. Rubin's because my brother, and felt it would be good if he followed both of us. I'm just finding out he specializes in congenital heart defects and that's great news for me! I'm pleased with Dr. Rubin, and can see he's a very thorough doctor and cares. My other cardiologist cared also just wanted to keep the same doctor for both brother & myself due to family history of heart disease.

my husband saw Dr Rubin for all of his heart issues. The last time he went to see him my husband needed a test done and Dr Rubin was too busy to schedule the test. He practically shoved us out of the office. My husband never got the test and he passed away. They didn't even send a sympathy card.

During my stay at ucmc after having a heart attack, Dr Rubin explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He did not just fly in and out of my room which most doctors do. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
