Nerve damage
This provider damaged my superior laryngeal nerve during a thyroidectomy. My concerns post-operatively were downplayed and dismissed. I had to push to get an evaluation by a specialist concerning my voice. I now am unable to project, speak in monotone, and cannot sing. I asked for data concerning this type of injury occurrence for him and the whole practice and they would not respond. I was told they would follow up with me in April, but this did not happen. Every time I contacted staff about my concerns I was told that it was normal and that I sounded fine.

I cannot say enough and how grateful I am to have this wonderful Dr care for my health.He is kind, compassionate,listens,and takes the time to explain and answer all your questions,he gave me the confidence in my surgery.Thank you for the outstanding care you have given me.
