Patient Care Is Priority One
Dr. Segars was my primary care physician for many years. He is respectful, competent, caring and a wonderful listener. He is wise, compassionate and focused. His patient care manner is second to none. He is the last of a dying breed of doctors who take the time to listen to his patient, solicit their opinion and explain to his patient his diagnosis and how he arrived at his diagnosis.

Dr. Segars is a wonderful Dr. He pays special attention to your health by listening and being very compassionate. He is straightforward and addresses all your needs all without ever feeling rushed. He takes the time needed no matter what you may ask. I would recommend him to anyone. I was lucky to have found him. My whole family goes there and we all feel the same.

Doctor Segars was grossly incompetent when it came to listening, providing timely and accurate feedback and then in accepting responsibility for his actions. Sadly, his actions resulted in a very late diagnosis of small cell lung cancer due to his six week long vacation with no referral of the patient's case.
