The best care ever!!!
Dr. Singleton has an excellent "bedside" manner. He is easy to talk to and listens well. He made what could have been a very painful procedure much more bearable. I am very happy with my treatment from him.

Dr. Singleton canceled 2 out of 3 appointments at the last minute. The one appointment he kept with me, he told a terrible joke with highly inappropriate content and was not professional at all. Do not go here or to Spinetech. When I reported his actions they essentially dropped me as a patient because I wanted another doctor for my injections.

Dr Singleton is a rude full of himself selfish jerk and you would be well advised to find a different doctor and I use that term loosely. I reported his behavior at Spinetech in Beaumont Texas and they asked me to go some where else. Stay away from Singleton and Spinetech.

I was a longtime patient of Dr. Singleton's. When I did not use the referral to a surgeon friend of his, all the way down in Clear Lake, for a cervical fusion he dropped me at the appointment following the surgery I had. I was there for my monthly refill of the narcotics he had been prescribing to me and he would not even see me. I found another pain management doctor and got myself off the meds!!
