Dr. Skeehan is a kind, compassionate, and very skilled surgeon. He repaired an inguinal hernia with a much better, and far more comfortable mesh. I couldn't be happier.Go see him. You'll be glad you did.

Dr. Skeehan offers LINX ®, a new laparoscopic procedure to treat GERD. This procedure involves a string of metal beads that are drawn together by a magnet. When this string is placed around the lower esophagus, the magnet pulls the beads together and closes off the esophagus from the stomach.

Do not go see this doctor, during my consolidation just because I explained my sons death & how I blame myself, and about my first husband passing 120 days before my son he wrote down in my summary & sent to primary doctor we discussed DEPRESSION! WE NEVER DISCUSSED DEPRESSION he also sent to my primary I needed to see PHYC doctor! My pain level is beyond a 10 and I have dry eyes so my eyes water all the time so I carry tissue because they tear up he miss interpreted that saying I was DEPRESSED! my son will be gone 15 years April 30th & first husband it was 15 years December 31 I have excepted their deaths a long time ago. Yes I teared up because he could not or would not help me his observations of people beyond SUCK! See different General Surgeon period!

SIERRA PACIFIC SURGICAL DR. DAVID M. SKEEHAN, DO SURGICAL REVIEW In today’s world, one often is not treated with care and commitment when receiving medical attention. Fortunately, I am not one of those individuals. In fact, I was so pleasantly satisfied with my recent surgical procedure (3 hernias) that I want to share this extraordinary experience with others and to refer and reward the surgeon and staff for their commitment, experience and expertise. I cannot say enough about this caring, talented surgeon. His demeanor immediately puts you at ease and in my case it was emergency surgery and I never once felt uneasy that I had not done my "homework" on selecting a surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Skeehan.
