Dr. David Starch, MD

Not ever, even if he were the last doctor. I made an appointment on 16 December for a first time visit on 28 December, at 2:15 pm. I received a number ofcommunications telling me to arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment in order to fill out paper work. I checked in, and when I asked for the papers to fill out I was told that they would be provided when my name was called. Fifty minutes later, after any number of people (including two other first timerts) who had come in after me had been called, and my name was yet to be called, I decided to complain. The delay, I was told, is customary. "it always happens this way." Yet, no one came out to explain or apologize for the delay, or to give an indication of how much longer it would take. This office is poorly run, the staff is rude with no idea of what "Customer Service" means. Instead, they keep themselves busy running around like soldier ants. In short, I left when there was no indication as to whether I would be seem at all.

Nobody better than Dr. Starch. He is a blessing! My son had a broken shoulder/ humerus and Dr Starch was instrumental in getting him healthy and back on the court. Cant express my gratitude enough.

Dr. Starch was wonderful! I kept hearing that my issue was unusual. Dr. Starch made me feel comfortable. He was "right on" with the procedures that needed to be done to restore my knee. I'm happy to be walking again, unassisted, all because of Dr. Starch.

The facilities are immaculate, the staff was extremely nice-- everyone from the front desk to the PA and Physician. We were in and out. No wait. I brought my two year old son with me and he was immediately captivated by the toys and books they had available for him to play with. One of the best experiences we've had at a drs. office.

Dr. Starch provided excellent care ,reviewed procedure ,followup care ,answered my concerns ,will highly recommend him to anyone in need of care .
