I always feel rushed. 5-6 min in and out. When I get home or in car ride home I realize I have several obvious follow up questions that I didn't ask and should have. Frankly answers he could include unaided by patient ask about healing time, anesthesia or not (local or light sedation) etc. He said I could walk near immediately and would just be sore. But I wasn't able to ask - walk as in just around the house or my usual 4-6 miles daily etc, can I swim if there's a wound etcIm not aware of ability to email him so I either schedule the procedure and go in blind to important info that allows me to realistically schedule the procedure or having another appointment with him

However he didn't look at my ankle , he didn't have too as he is a busy man (not to mention a star in his field, but I left only with the knowledge that he was confident he could help me. But I have no other means of knowing that.
