Dr Tovey refused to do anything to actually treat me after a car accident. Just left me to suffer for over a year with 2 ruptured disks in my spine, which were pressing on both my spinal cord, and several major nerves. He refused to simply order an xray, or even just read an xray I brought him from elsewhere. I once told him that I was having moments of faintness in the morning. His answer was for me to drink some juice before getting out of bed. Not one single question or test about WHY I was fainting. He's just ridiculously uninterested in doing anything to help his patients be healthy. My husband was with him as well, and has similar complaints. My husband once even had to say to him, "OK, if you don't have an answer, could you give me a referral to a specialist, then?". Dr Tovey then did, but it feels a bit backwards to have to request more than an "I don't know, sorry." and a blank stare from your Dr.
