If I could give no stars I would. I really should've listened to my gut and looked for a different oncologist, but Dr. Trevarthen was convenient as he's located at the same medical facility all my other doctors and surgeons work out of. The first appointment he was cold, horrible bedside manner and didn't seem like he really cared to give me the time of day as I no longer had cancer and was in the after care/maintain stage. Every time I've had to make follow-up appointments the receptionist confirms and hands me a card...only to drive over 30-minutes one-way and find out my appointment is not in the system (this has happened twice now with no offer to fit me in or try to work with my schedule). It's time to find a new oncologist!

Dr. Trevarthen worked with my surgeon prior to, during and after surgery to assure my bleeding disorder would not cause complications. He took my past surgical history into account and listened intently to all of my concerns.

I saw Dr. Trevarthen years ago for a clotting disorder during my pregnancies. Wait times varied widely due to more emergent issues with other patients. I found all of the staff to be welcoming and helpful. I was particularly fond of their phlebotimist who was personable, comforting and quite skilled with a needle. I don't look for my doctors to be best friends. I value direct conversations with knowledgeable, rational answers and plans of action. Dr. Trevarthen and his team provided that.

I feel that Dr Trevarthen is extremely cold and has no bedside manner. His staff is kind, but follow through is absolutely horrific and his medical assistant even gave me the wrong diagnosis. I would not recommend anyone to see him.

I met Dr. Trevarthan halfway through my Rituxan maintenance after I had moved from FL to Denver. I had started my treatment for Non-Hodgkins lymphoma at MD Anderson In Orlando. Though it was hard to change doctors, I found Dr. Trevarthan to be a kind, respectful and sensitive physician. He is thorough and professional. He made me feel very comfortable and as an RN, I know who I was working with.

I started seeing Dr.Trevarthen a few months ago and I am not pleased with the care or compassion with this clinic and Dr.Trevarthen. I call to follow up and I'm always told that someone will call me back, in which they never do and when I call again, I'm told they have been so busy! Every appointment that I've had with Dr.Trevarthen, I waited for over 50 minutes for him to come into my room. The lack of courtesy on his part is no existent. I wouldn't recommend this office.
