Dr Tsen is so through with his assessment and does not make you feel rushed! MEven though he's very busy, he doesn't make you feel like a number or just another person, he genuinely cares and will jump through hoops for you if needed. Above and beyond. Dr Tsen always provides exceptional care!

It's difficult to describe how bad I felt during my appointment. My primary Doctor and I had a conversation before my appointment, and she ensured me that since the previous treatment she put me on wasn't effective then my recent appointment was going to decide a better ways forward. Unfortunately, the Doctor said he doesn't has anything new, and he absolutely did nothing new. I even complained about my eyes infection during my appointment but he doesn't gave any treatments for that. My question is, why would they scheduled to meet a Doctor who's not specialized in diseases and forward more? I deserve to have a feedback on this question.

I have known Dr. Tsen for 30 years, so he knows my medical history very well. He realized that I have not been hearing as well as I'd like with the hearing aid on the right side.

Dr Tsen did a major ear surgery on my when I was 14 years old in Fargo, ND. 6 hours of surgery in fact! I lost my mastoid bone and my inner eardrum. I am currently residing in TN and have seen an ENT here to have it cleaned. EVERY time I go in, Dr states "whoever did this surgery, did an amazing job! Your ear is doing everything its supposed to be doing!" Thank you Dr Tsen for all that you did! I truly do appreciate it!

He was able to go into detail about what was going on, anatomically and physically. Very helpful with building understanding. When you inform him of other issues he is quick to evaluate and determine.
