Worst Staff in the Industry
After numerous voicemails to obtain my mothers medical records it is clear we will have to take further official action to obtain them. We cannot get ahold of anyone and they do not return calls. Multiple requests for records have been made with zero communication.

Compassionate doctor with integrity!
Dr. Vallance has been my rheumatologist for many years. He is kind, compassionate, listens well, and is very knowledgeable. He is great with education and unlike most doctors spends time talking about the positives and negatives of various treatments, explains labs and other tests. He always takes his time with me, and is never rushed. I highly recommend him!

I have highly recommended
I have recommended Dr. Vallance to quite a few people that are struggling with health issues and after going to multiple doctors are still struggling with little to no change in health. For me personally, I have been attending Dr. Vallance for over 23 years due to my failing immune system which was caused by Lyme’s disease. After seeing multiple doctors/specialists, and gradually getting worse due to being misdiagnosed by 9 other doctors, Dr. Vallance was able to help me gradually get back to health. He listened to me, working with the symptoms I was dealing with and took me seriously. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Vallance is an excellent doctor but unfortunately it's impossible to reach his office by phone. In the past 6 weeks I've made 39 attempts but no one answers the phone. Does anyone know if he closed his practice down? Very sad if he did.

Dr Vallance is an amazing doctor. He is caring and very knowledgeable. However his office staff are not helpful, friendly or willing to to try to be. I hate to leave this doctor but communication is too important to me.

My husband has been waiting to hear back from Dr. Vallence's office. He has 2 referrals from his MD, and he has called 4 times, and not received a call back. Dr. Vallence's site says he is seeing new patients, so I am wondering why his office staff has not returned calls.

Dr. Vallance and NP Chris are excellent clinicians, thorough, kind, and highly competent. Best practice for Rheumatology from Northern Michigan to the Ohio border on the north and east side of the state - maybe in the whole state but I’m not familiar with Lansing or Grand Rapids options.

Dr. Vallance is an exceptional doctor. He has ALL OF THE QUALITIES you would want in a doctor. My husband and I have multiple, severe conditions which have caused chronic pain for years. Dr. Vallance treats all of those conditions and is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. We have gone to him for 15 years. If something isn't working, he is always able to suggest a new plan. We appreciate everything he does for us in going the extra mile. Thank you, Dr. Vallance.

I tried to make an appt. today, really hoping he would see and help me. I havn't had much luck since my wonderful Dr. moved away last Fall. Dr. Vance was a rescource from the Michigan Association for Fibromyalgia. He's not taking any new patients until some of the ones he has leave (since they are elderly). I asked if I could be placed on a waiting list. Nope, the clerk said, all I could do is call back once every 6 months to see if the his elderly patients status had changed/died???). WOW

I have been seeing Dr. Vallance for a while now. He is very nice. He spends time with each patient. You aren't a number. I came from the U after my Dr. left abruptly. I thought I would never find another doctor I liked as much but I really do like him as much or more. I definitely recommend. The wait times are terrible considering he isn't rushing everyone thru like cattle!

Dr. Vallance is a very caring doctor. He takes his time and listens to your questions and the problems you are having. I had been having severe pain in my fingers and had gotten no help from other doctors. Dr. Vallance found a medicine that helps my problem. I have hardly any pain anymore. So glad I went to see him.

Dr Vallance is caring and very knowledgeable. He is a great listener and truly pays attention to what you have to say. His office staff, however, have little to know medical knowledge and are often a hindrance. They are polite but definitely should not work in a medical office.

I call to make an appointment at 12:30 , the phones message stated that during the hours of 12 noon to 1pm the phone won't be answered. I left a message that I was a new patient and wanted to make an appointment for a physical. No return call, good indication of the staff.
