Dr Weiss is excellent accommodating, knowledgeable, caring highly recommended.

UPDATE: after I left this review, 34 days later, I received a call from the doctor who did my procedures to notify me that I am also lactose intolerant. What a joke this group is! I have been a patient of this group for about 25 years. My previous doctor Schoenfeld retired and I inherited Dr. David Weiss. he’s a nice person but to get An appointment with him, or speak to him it’s another story. Once he makes up his mind that there is nothing wrong with you, that’s it. you are done. he’s not going look for anything else because he is convinced nothing else could be possibly wrong even if it’s years away from last testing. I did an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy over a month ago. No one, but NO ONE, from that office has reached out to me to let me know what the results were. I found out that I have gastritis, esophagitis, diverticulitis, and a stomach polyp that will have to be surgically removed depending on the size of the polyp. it could be done endoscopically. My experience was extremely unpleasant and very difficult. At the day of appointment doctor arrived to office more then one hour late. Office staff wasn’t respectful. I decided to cancel procedure scheduled to be performed by this doctor. I tried 2 days in a row , by phone, to cancel my procedure but nobody responded to my voicemail, never received the call back. So, I didn’t have another choice except of driving back to office only in order to get response regarding appointment cancellation status. Receptionist verbally confirmed appointment cancelation. 10 days after this, I got a call from pharmacy asking when I will pick up medication for procedure. She said that nobody called from office to confirm my appointment cancellation. I don’t know anymore how to handle this situation.

No one picked up his phone and even though they directed you to make an appointment on line - there were no openings!!!! I went to the office to make an appointment, but the receptionist said I'd have to wait till all the other patients with appointment were seen - or I should go home and call or go on line. I pointed out that they don't answer their phones and there are no appointments on line! She agreed with me!

I'm not a patient, but Dr. Weiss simply saved my mother's lifeafter she was at Memorial Regional for 5 days. She showed no improvement until he came and saw her. We'll be forever grateful for his expertise and kindness.

Dr. Weiss has been my Gastro dr. For years. He is extremely knowledgable and thorough. He is also very gentle and kind and makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend him!

I love Dr. Weiss and have been his patient for many years. I look forward to continuing to be his patient.

Dr. Weiss is one of the best physicians I have ever met. He treats his patients with kindness and is extremely competent. I went to him for a colonoscopy. He explained everything thoroughly, made me feel totally comfortable, and performed the colonoscopy with virtually no discomfort. He is outstanding! I am recommending him to all my friends.

Dr. David Weiss is a wonderful, caring doctor who is very gentle and humble. He is very Knowledgeable; very professional and is totally respectful. Dr. Weiss is always pleasant and very attentive. I tell my family and friends should they have any stomach issues and should they need to see a G. I. doctor, Dr. David Weiss is the doc to see and they would not regret it.

Dr Weiss is amazing He takes care of myself and daughter. He listens cares has compassion and always there for you I highly recommend Dr Weiss

Avoid this guy. He has no follow up and his staff is miserable to deal with.
