Doesn't listen
To sum, Dr. Westrich did not listen to a word I said. He kept repeating things back incorrectly during my exam. I reached out to him multiple times after the exam for follow up questions, but he never responded.

Incomplete examination and false follow-up summary
Dr. Westrich never got off his stool and examined me but when I read the follow-up narrative he wrote for my follow-up visit it was completely false. He wrote about how and what he found after examining my eyes, ears, nose, throat, etc but he NEVER examined me at all. I questioned him about how he could have written this narrative when he never examined me and he said he used the same template for every patient. Since his narrative was NOT about me but some other patient I demanded that he remove this false narrative from my files.
