Not caring
I went for a annual physical, I was told by the front desk that if I discussed anything other than the physical I would be charged a copay , weird already that you can’t discuss your general health, the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me , he didn’t ask how my general health is, barely spoke to me .It’s been a week since they got my blood results back , still no call to discuss the few issues that I have. After all of this in their portal they changed me for a copay,3 years in a row now that they try to overcharge me , what a joke

Do you Care?
He does not take time to answer any of my questions. The appointment is rushed. He has never looked at me in the eye sinceI have been his patient. The doctors,I have had in the past check your heart,he does not.I have a problem trusting a doctor with no direst eye contact. I thought he was a great doctor in the beginning, but I began to think about his attitude toward me.If I began to ask a question ,it was not answered,he walked away swiftly. I have been his patient for about year.I should have changed it long ago. I think I will search for another physician.I hope I find one ,that seems to care.I felt so depressed, after my last visit.

I needed medication and had trouble with my insurance company. Dr. Zebrack is very efficient if you use his portal. You can get your test results, medication, and message Dr. Z online. He is very tech savvy. While he is not the most empathetic, touchy feely doctor around, but he answers all your questions, runs tests when appropriate, and does a good job of diagnosing issues. Personally, that is why I like going to him. The front office and back office staff are pretty good, but they seem to have their methods. As long as you make you needs known it the way they expect, they are pretty responsive. If you don't then it will probably go into never neverland. But that's ok because if you don't get a response in a timely manner you just need to backtrack and find out what you did wrong. Since they are pretty responsive don't wait if your don't here from them. Call them and find out what you did wrong.

Stiff bedside manner which doesn't bother me. But he literally looks at his computer the entire visit. I have a legitimate chronic disease that needs monitoring and I feel like he doesn't actually listen or care about my quality of life. I have to beg/plead to have him take me seriously. I only use this office because of my insurance. And only make appointments when I absolutely have to, when my daily medication refills require an office visit and labs.

Horrible bedside manner. Does not appear to listen. Wellness exam took less than five minutes and then charged the insurance for a second visit because we must feel discusses something beyond wellness. I had to pay a co-pay for the additional office visit charge. Found a new friendly physician.

I had gotten to the point I didn't think there were any doctors left who cared. He is quiet when your first meet him but warms up with more visits. I have received referrals to Physicians who are actually nice AND took care of my problems. I have been amazed by these Dr's in Temecula and Murrieta. I live in Hemet and really glad to drive the distance in order to get this excelllent help. I also think his staff is excellent. None have ever been rude. Congrats to them and to Dr. Zebrack.
