Ignored and left with PTSD.
Absolutely the worst experience of my 3 pregnancies. The US tech and staff were wonderful, this is strictly about Dr Hannah. I've never met or spoken to Dr Hannah. Apparently, I wasn't important enough for her to acknowledge, even after she marked up my 37 week ultrasound with 'Fetal Malformations, Abnormalities, and Anomalies'. Nobody from her office or my OB office called me to discuss these 'findings', I was left to find them in my health portal, which left me in tears and terrified for the duration of my pregnancy. Dr Hannah spoke to my OB (who was equally awful) and I was informed of my sons 'conditions' 4 days later at my appointment and after ALL of the scary reportings, my OB said that Dr Hannahs findings were, and I quote, 'Clinically Irrelevant' and used for billings purposes. They used these findings to continue to fear monger me throughout my pregnancy until I switched providers and hospitals. Deplorable. My son is healthy.

Dr. Hannah sticks to her career w/ passion. She’s in the business of helping women get pregnant & stay pregnant, safely. She does not get overwhelmed by what’s working against you or judge you. This was quite a relief, as I’ve battled a string of unfit physicians & 2 losses before meeting her. I’m in awe of her compassion & depth of knowledge. I’m more than thankful & appreciative of her. She explained everything & answered all of my questions. She gave us HOPE & to be honest, it brought me out of a dark place I’ve been stuck in. If there’s anyone in the Florida panhandle that I’d trust w/ my & my child’s life, it’s this woman. And I’ve only had 1 visit w/ her. Thank you Dr. Hannah for caring about your patients. For treating me w/ compassion & giving us hope. This was NOT an easy appointment to bring myself to, but you made it easy.

She ruined my experience as a first time mom. I am very traumatized and can't wait to move out of FL. I want another baby but not here. There was no rudeness when I met with her but she also didn't make me feel comfortable. Fast forward to today and my child is thriving with no abnormalities that were noticed in the ultrasound. What they said they found never even happened to my baby at all. He was just running small. I wish they were more thorough and transparent with me and would just be straight up and say "we're gonna figure this out". Although I know there will be times to look into things closely and looking at an ultrasound is not always guaranteed but I am still so very traumatized and upset with how they handled this. I had to switch OB's right away because of how uncomfortable it made me because they tossed me back and forth. They're so very disorganized and almost had me take the Natera testing twice after I did the first one, correctly. With negative/low risk results on all. I still have the proof and screen shots saved on my phone still of the results and was so happy everything came back negative only to hear I did the "wrong one". I have solid proof that I did both the Panorama and Horizon tests. They ordered me to get the "Panorama" done again, to get poked AGAIN. It's insane, when I did it already. Not my fault they didn't have it on file, they didn't even ask me for proof. Just to get it done again. Thankfully I spoke up and the one who assisted me did not poke me again because they stated I did the correct testing that the MFM was looking for. THEY even encouraged me to find a new OB and it's possible that they were just milking my insurance. With that being said, I am not here to bash on her, we all know every nurse, doctor, practitioner in the medical field has their way of doing things but I am confident, SO confident, that this could all have been handled better and professionally. It was a waste of my time and a waste of money that I truly feel they were trying to milk and get from me. Given, I was a new patient at the time, so if this were the case, it would unfortunately make sense. Save yourself the heartache and go to Sacred Heart instead find an MFM there or elsewhere. I just hope, that maybe this can reach her and she tries to be more comforting, not rushing and a little more empathetic with new moms who aren't even from here with no family near them to help. She drowned me in so much information that, yes, it's needed to be aware of but it felt like she was trying to show off her knowledge rather than helping me figure things out. Also encouraging an Amnio same day or whenever I can. It's insane to me. Everyone's practice in the medical field is different, but you would think woman to woman that she'd understand better. We know everyone is busy, but if you love what you do, connect with your patients at a better level so we can build trust. Half of my family is in the medical field and I addressed my concerns with them on this and they, too, told me that this was handled VERY poorly and to switch to a new doctor. That was the first and last time I will ever see her. I wanted to share this to save other moms. I am also a POC so I don't want to say it's because of this but it's possible.

Dr. Hannah is AMAZING! She’s understanding and she’s thorough. She’s patient and make sure you know exactly what’s going on, when it’s going on, and why it’s going on. She’s EXTREMELY educated in her field and I personally wish she was an OBGYN! Choosing her would be THE RIGHT CHOICE
