Dr Miles was nice and seemed to be an expert in her field. However, her office staff are rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent. I showed up for my 7:30am procedure, only to find out they didn’t call my insurance for authorization yet. My insurance company didn’t open until 8 so I had to continue to wait for the ok. Then the staff never submitted my paperwork to my employer (which I had paid them $30 to do), so my short term disability was denied because documents were not submitted. Awful, awful, horrible experience dealing with her staff. I will never return to this office. Ever.
