Great doctor
Dr. Olsen is a great doctor. My husband had been going to a vascular surgeon for years and they never diagnosed his issues properly.

Dr Olsen is very high-strung. Even saw her spinning in one place on one occasion. Not comfortable with someone so hyper, putting a rod in my veins. Biggest complaint is with the office, whereas the girls at the front desk would answer the phones but put you on hold for 15 - 20 plus minutes, while they talked with each other,, hitting the hold buttons on the phones. After complaints to the office manager, this got better, but have trouble with scheduling moving my appointments around without telling me. I would drive 45 minutes to the office for my appt. pay my co-pay, and sit in the waiting room about an hour. When I'd go up to the front office, to say I couldn't wait much longer, then was told they changed my appt. I had an appt 8/7 and 8/8 and asked a week before if I could reschedule. They said the next appt was in 2 months, so I decided to just keep the appt. Had to fast without food or water for 8 hours prior to appt. Got to the office to find they cancelled both appts on me. That was the last straw - and probably a blessing. So happy not dealing with the facility any more.
