No Relief
My son had his adenoids and tonsils removed by Dr. Klug. I would not recommend. Secondary care is poor and surgeries did not help our situation. Also research surgery centers Dr. Klug uses before booking appointment for costs.

Really good doctor
I saw Dr. Klug at the Bartlett office for evaluation of chronic nasal polyps and eventually had surgery three months ago. I could not have asked for better care. My office visits have generally been timely and the surgical care team at Methodist North was superb. Dr. Klug takes time to really listen to all of my questions and answer them in a thorough way. I give him and his staff a very high recommendation.

I was recommended to Dr. Klug by a friend who has little ones as well. When I met him, I was immediately impressed by him. He made me feel very comfortable about my son's procedure. The procedure was a breeze! I am so thankful to have Dr. Klug as our ENT and have recommended him to everyone.

Dr Klug did my surgery in 2009. Best thing I ever done. sould do it again only with this guy as my surgeon. I was getting about 3 cocktail shots monthly and stayed on antibiotics everyday. it got so bad, my doctor said I had to see an ENT. I previously talked to another ENT (that was suppose to have been the best) she did not see any issues. Dr Klug found my issues and I had the surgery and was down for only 2 weeks. Minimized my migraines to 1 or 2 a year. I had them almost every day.

This was supposed to be the first procedure since her release from the NICU 8 months ago. We were told that we would go back first to ensure she would be without food the minimal amount of time, the surgery was simple, and the recovery would be minimal. Arrived at 6:00am for 7:15 start – 5 hours no food. Baby starts crying at 6:10. By 7:05 (6 hours no food) other patients started going back. 7:15 no Klug. 7:25 lost confidence in his professionalism, leave with crying baby.

I loved my experience with Dr. Klug! Due to a previous dental bone graft surgery, I had to have sinus surgery to open an inflamed sinus passage. His surgical expertise in this matter was wonderful! I had very little down time, pain or discomfort! I would recommend him to everyone including my family and friends. He explained everything and made me feel very confident and comfortable in his care. His nurses and office staff are great, too!
