I’d love to be able to recommend Dr. Lindstrom but the front office manager, Amy, makes it impossible. She is extremely rude to patients and unsympathetic to any situation that may occur to cause a cancelation of an appt. I completely agree that any no-show no-calls have a right to a fee. I had to cancel my daughter’s voluntary follow-up, that I didn’t necessarily need to go to, because she was running a very high fever. Amy is more worried about charging a $50 fee than losing patients and many recommendations from their patients. Kindness goes a long way and the way she talks to anyone that walks through the door, blows my mind. I over heard her talking to a man this morning and condescendingly calling him “honey” while cutting him off and wouldn’t listen to what he had to say. He seemed frustrated. Everyone else in the office seemed to be great, but one bad egg can be detrimental to a business. I will be sharing my honest review of this office to any and everyone I know.

Not Especially Interested, Never Did Resolve Issue
I saw Dr. Lindstom once. My issues with my sinuses and ears was never treated. When I went back, I was sent to his PA, even though he was there. The PA's only interest was to sell me $5500.00 hearing aids.

Office staff is horrible! Rude and uncaring people. I made several appointments but had to cancel due to the death of my father and Covid. I was stuck up north in New York. Called well in advance to make a new appointment. When I finally got back down to Florida and I could get to him they refused to make an appointment said I rescheduled too many times and they wouldn’t see me. Amy the office manager is a horror I highly recommend you see somebody else.

Never got to see him...My PCP referred me to him via referral ltr. I had the referral ltr faxed to his office on Mar 8, 2021, requesting an appt date. I never got a call from his office, so on Mar 16, I went to his office. I have to use the bus system because I don't drive. I live in Cape Canaveral. I have to use Bus 9 to 13th st in Cocoa Beach, then board Bus 26, go to Melbourne, deboard at Pine Ave and walk many blocks to his office. Entered his office and was told he did not handle my problem, which was an evaluation of my left ear, in which I have a prostesis implanted via stapedectomy in 2004...it was damaged 5 yrs ago by an explosion. The office clerk stated he did not do evaluations stapedectomy's. I asked her why did they not call me to let me know that, saving me an all day time spent on that trip. Very unprofessional. Go see another Dr..a waste of time.

I would recommend Dr. Lindstom because i have complete confidence in his abilities as an expert ENT. I have followed him from his prior practice and continue to see him. He takes his time and i never feel rushed. I had the option of going to any other doctors in this field, in fact i did and was very disatisfied and returned here.
