Condescending and lacks compassion. Seems to care more about her own opinion than the patient. When I switched doctors she actually rescinded my medications, some of which are dangerous to go off cold turkey.

Dr. Vroman has been my doctor and my husband's doctor for years. The reason is because she is a caring, considerate extremely cutting edge doctor. She does things like calling to check on patients, responding to texts and listens to her patients, yet she is not hesitant to disagree, if she feels it is in our best interest. MUSC could have no better example of what a quality physician is that Dr. Vroman. She never fails to take the time to talk with us one to one. Best of the Best!!!!

I have never encountered such a rude, unprofessional doctor who seemed too busy to even talk to me much less be a medical provider. Very nasty manner, no clue as to what she was talking about regarding my upcoming maternity plans, and absolutely no compassion. Will not be going back.

Incredibly poor communication, poor patient care. Whatever kind of doctor she may have been in the past she has become one of the worst ones I've ever met. Will never go back.
