Horrible. level of satisfaction was poor concerning problem with prescription refill.Dr too quick to refer you ER for a easy solution.

Dr. De was AMAZING. I felt listened to. She addressed every concern I brought to her attention. She made mental health a topic of discussion - which I don’t feel like a lot of doctors do.

Dr Debalina is an amazing Dr. She is very professional and thorough and asked all the right questions. She is also a very good listener. Would highly recommend her.

My appointment a year ago was rushed. She did not listen to my questions and concerns. Fast forward this year, difficulty getting appointment and dr de is argumentative about tests that I seek for preventive care.

I had my annual physical scheduled for 1.9, which was already four months past due as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in because they overcommit their staff. On my way into the appointment, I received a text message that my ANNUAL PHYSICAL would be move to a TELEHEALTH appointment. When I called for more information I was told a call from an "Unknown Number" would occur within 60 minutes . I asked if I would be billed an annual charge against insurance for a phone call and they said "Yes, as the doctor can order any tests you need over the phone" ... without seeing me? Fast forward three hours - still received no call and when I called back was told a Nurse may call me, or they may have to reschedule - with no appointments available until April. Avoid at all costs - no time for patients / scam healthcare ordering tests and not actually seeing patients and a "too bad, so sad" attitude when they're responsible for bumping. This is not ok.
