Terrible doctor!
I asked Dr ball to fill out a jury duty excusal form for me because I am a permanently disabled 60-year-old woman that does not leave her house and all she did for me was check a box to excuse me for a year and did not even give a reason and I have severe health issues so this woman does not care if I'm not able to do jury duty and I end up in jail and she does not take the time to call her patients and it took me 3 months just to get that one little check out of her. I definitely would not recommend her. Seek Healthcare elsewhere.
