All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

No matter what time of day our appointments were, the office was usually 40+ minutes behind. Two out of four messages left on the nurses line were never returned. Most importantly, Dr. Dunn ignored my concerns regarding symptoms my child repeatedly had. We took the child to another doctor, and soon discovered that our child has a food intolerance. Had Dr. Dunn addressed the concern, my child would not have had as much damage to her digestive tract.

I understand my child was totally freaking out while you're examining her ears. (sh has had bad experiences getting her ears examed and has been hurt) But that doesn't excuse your unprofessionalism and the fact that you didn't say you would be back in a few minutes when she calmed down or if you were going to send a nurse back to see us or not. You said nothing. You just stormed out. We had already waited over 45 mins. Also I didn't appreciate some of your condescending comments Deborah
