I saw Dr. Scott in Chestnut Hill for hair loss and she was excellent--she was very thorough and knowledgeable and she made excellent recommendations. My only concern is that it took about 6-8 months to get an appointment, but that wasn't her fault. I waited because I heard really good things about her.

Bedside manner was terrible as with her assistant, which did not announce her presence or paid the patient any mind. In addition, my script had not been called into the correct pharmacy as requested. Call her office for a second time and no action has been taken. I will not be returning any time soon for a visit.

She has always been a very nice person, but forgetful. She forgot to send in my script and never answered calls about it, neither did her nurses. She froze a few keratosis, told me what I wanted removed would require cutting and would be too hard. She repeated herself multiple times in our 7 minute visit, appearing not to be listening and thinking I wasn't listening to her, I guess. I won't be returning to the office and I wish her the best of health.

She was awful - completely didn't even look at my skin and told me that my only option was to go on birth control. I was appalled by the entire experience.
