Dr. Deborah Shultz, MD

Years ago Dr. Schultz was my primary physician. She found something amiss with me that even specialists had overlooked. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Dr Shultz since 2005 and she is always knowledgeable and takes her time with you to go over everything with you. The office staff on my most recent visit was efficient and helpful. Special shout out to Tiffany!

I have called 3 times to get an appointment to have my medications refilled. I was told My Health insurance was out of network. I called 08/17/2022 and 08/17/2022. I have since received 2 letters stating my insurance is still in network. I called again 11/16/2022. I called my insurance company to confirm Dr. Shultz is still covered in network. I was told my insurance was no longer covered. I mention that I received letter stating plan changes will take effective 01/2023. I was told they would check and call me back. This is my 3rd attempt to get my medications refilled. This office is unprofessional. The Front staff is rude and not friendly. Please do your research before you make an appointment with this doctor or have to deal with the front desk.

She and her staff represent the best in all aspects of patient care.

This is the worst, most rude, front desk people I have ever encountered. I went here for about a year and I couldn’t take how rude they were anymore. The doctor is ok but they triple book appointments so if you would like to spend half your day here and be treated like garbage from the front desk, good luck to you.

If you like to wait 2 hours go to Dr Shultz If you want a doctor who has taken on too many patients and they walk in the door and say we are only seeing patients for 1 thing because we are so busy. Example: my father was in for a recheck for pneumonia and developed a new rash, so there one thing was to look at the rash, they wouldn't even listen to see if his lungs were clear, no blood work to check his white blood cell count. To me there is nothing good about this practice anymore.

She takes time with her patients the wait time sometimes is long but I never seemed rushed when I see her. I think she is great

Front office staff are horribly rude. Office phones are frequently turned over to answering service for hours at a time. Getting a sick appointment is impossible!
