If you're comfortable with "the doctor knows all" philosophy of practicing medicine, Smith will fit the bill. I found her to be rigid, controlling, definitely not a lifetime learner. Seemingly incapable of expanding her intellectual or psychiatric knowledge. Her callus disregard for patients in distress was simply astounding. I think she has bonded more closely with her cats than her patients. Hopefully she is capable of expressing empathy and caring to her felines.
