My 70+ year old mother went to Dr. Miller because she was having recurring urinary tract infections. Dr. Miller basically blew her off saying there was nothing she could do about it, but did say "call me the next time." My mother did that and was told to go have a urinalysis done. She did that at the beginning of the week and was told they would call her back on Friday with the results. No call back on Friday, she had to wait until Monday. Then finally at that point Dr. Miller did something
