I’m so glad I found Dr. Ouyang! She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my well-being. She took the time to listen to my symptoms and consider my medical history. She diagnosed my issues and I feel well on my way to a healthier lifestyle and feeling better!!

I struggle to take my health serious sometimes, but Dr. Ouyang has helped me see the bigger picture. She has helped motivate me to want to take care of myself. I have yet to have had a bad experience with her or her staff. I stopped her on my last visit to give thanks to her compassion and let her know that her staff are always so warm and welcoming.

Dr. Ouyang was very caring and made sure I understood all the steps I needed to complete so that she could make the right decisions for my treatment plan. I didn't feel rushed and the doctor explained things in a way I could understand while answering all of my questions. The front desk let me know that if there were any issues that she couldn't take care of through telemedicine, then they would refer me back to my doctor to see an in-person Endocrinologist. I appreciate that they don't try to cut corners with my health. If you are looking for an endocrinologist who is kind, patient, and good at what they do, I highly recommend Dr. Ouyang!

This horrible physician is the only medical field individual I have ever left a bad review about. I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment in the past with Debra that went nowhere because she wouldn't see me without lab results. Why it matters when I am solely attempting to be approved for an insulin pump makes no sense to me, but I accepted my fate. A couple months later, I was referred to Dr. Ettinger's office, apparently an affiliate of Debra's, was emailed access to their portal, but was ghosted after quickly returning their forms, id, and insurance card. make matters worse, they are closed on the weekend. After all this rigamarole, I have come to the sad conclusion that Debra could care less about her patients, puts up a facade for those she convinces, cares solely about money (made evident she takes patients in California, while she operates out of Texas with a po box), and is a 'Dr.' I will never recommend. The definition of a 'Conveyor Belt Physician. BEWARE!!

I have had the best experience with Dr Ouyang as my endocrinologist. Her professional knowledge of my thyroid condition was of the best I have received in over decade. If she didn't have to relocate out of state. I would definitely would continue to keep her as my endocrinologist. I will miss her. Thank you Dr Ouyang for all you have done for my health.

I have been a type 1 Diabetic for 40 year, in the last year I've been her patient my A1C has come down she's mad it easier to bring it down & if you've had some bad days. she give wonderful & helpful advice she's an AWESOME Dr. Thank you Dr Ouyang Sincerely Karen Carpenter

Dr. Ouyang has been an excellent doctor as it relates to thyroid cancer and salivary gland cancer. First of all, she is technically highly astute, which is probably the most important consideration when dealing with such medical conditions. Secondly, she is very friendly and answers all questions in a way that we can understand. In my opinion, the fact that she is young is a big plus because it means she has been trained with the latest science by the best professors. She gets a10 Star Rating!!!

Dr. Ouyang is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about you. She is patient and willing to take the time to explain things in a clear and concise manner. What I appreciate more than anything is she listens to you. I have seen many specialists over the years who have misdiagnosed me because they weren't willing to listen or run proper tests. Finally after 15 years Dr. Ouyang is helping me manage my health.
