Dr. Hegarty performed my laparoscopic hernia repair. His demeanor calmed my fears; he explained everything. He is the surgeon I would go to again if needed.

Dr. Hegarty has a manner that puts one at ease right away. I went to him with severe abdominal pain that two other doctors and many tests were unable to diagnose. Upon hearing my symptoms, Dr. Hegarty suspected gallbladder, ordered a simple ultrasound, confirmed it was loaded with stones, and scheduled me for surgery 3days later. Other than slight post-op soreness, my pain is gone completely. Thank you Dr. Hegarty! Also, the n urses and office staff were all wonderful.
