Funny how patients can't be late for appointments but every doctor is always late.The consultation was also overcharged. $219 for a simple consultation with health insurance.

This comment is directed towards the staff of the clinic, not the medical team. If you are applying for certification documents, please reconsider carefully. Pros: The administrative process is quick, and the price is relatively reasonable. Cons: The handling staff is impolite. As a patient (or customer), I do not feel I'm treated with a reasonable attitude. Their demeanor is very self-righteous and arrogant, treating applicants with a condescending attitude. In over 12 years in the United States, I have never encountered medical professionals like this. I can only give a three-star rating the most.

Dr. Chintala has been my regular internist for about three years now, and I can't say enough about how good she is. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a wonderful manner with patients, she is always willing to go the extra mile when you need her, and she is a delightful person. She just treated me for a sinus infection, and I could not have been better cared for. She came to my car to do a COVID test and a strep test, so that someone in the waiting room might not get sick. Then, a week later, she repeated the COVID and another test the same way - at my car. I have often asked her about different symptoms and issues, and she takes a great amount of care in responding. I have never had a better doctor.

This doctor really cares about her patients. She’s kind and very professional. Her door is always open to any of my concerns. She listens and follow through...I’m happy that I found her! Thank You Dr. Chintala for your caring manner! Ms. Denise
