Dr. Deepa Philip, MD

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Philip's for a while now. She asks very good questions, listens carefully to our answers, and helps us know what to do for the current setting. We always get in promptly and leave promptly, but we always feel confident in her plan before she lets us go. She is one of the best doctors we've seen in years.

I was very impressed with Dr. Phillips. She is very knowledgeable about every question I had she had an answer. I wish she could be my primary care very seldom do I find a doctor that I can really talk to and you were it I am flattered that I could be your patient And I’m very honored that you were my doctor. Referred for osteoporosis, but am also an insulin dependent diabetic with Medtronic’s latest and greatest pump. Dr Philip had a lot to address, and she was phenomenal!!! Excellent explanations throughout the visit and follow up plan in place within the allotted time frame. I was very impressed!

My appointment yesterday was with Dr Phillip, Deepa MD. I have been insulin dependent for over 40 years and have seen many different Dr's. If I had her care at onset I would still have great vision and not have the many side effects of uncontrolled diabetes. My a1c is 6.1. Dr Phillip is by far the best. Just do as she recommends and she will have you managing your diabetes in no time. She's not only very patient orientated but she knows what she is doing. Her RN is the very good. Great personality and also knows what she is doing. Highly recommend Dr Phillip for anyone with diabetes.

Dr. Explains treatment or diagnosis and answers all questions. One of the best I have been to.

You can tell when a doctor truly cares. Dr. Philip never seemed to have the time or concern. Left her office in tears twice and won't be giving her a third shot. Sad. If you are really hurting and need answers fast please don't mess around with this doctor. She seems bright just doesn't seem to want to give effort to help.

Recently my first office visit. She is my fifth endocrinologist. Very impressed!

went to see her and she acted as if i had the plague and cut me short, then after the test i could tell the results were normal but there was no return phone call or anything i just saw closed on my chart. that was that

After waiting for a month to get help for my thyroid, I was excited to get some answers. Dr. Philip came into the room without introducing herself and sharply stated "pull your mask over your nose more because we have to be careful". Then immediately asked, "Why are you here, your numbers are normal?" I explained that I was referred by a rheumatologist because my antibody test was high (0 to 100 is normal, mine was 1984). He felt like my thyroid could use further testing. She asked me overall health questions. If she did not like my answer, then she would rudely correct me. An example, I have gained weight in the last 3 to 6 months. She stated, "I asked if you gained weight in the last month, and you have not." She explained how the thyroid worked but not the autoimmune part. She stated there was nothing she could do. The nurse was suppose to ask the doctor if supplements help and respond in the ichart. There has been no response. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Dr. Philip is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, and up-to-date on endocrinology issues. She is passionate about the field and seems to actually care about her patients and their needs. I would recommend Dr. Philip as one of the best in endocrinology.

Dr. Philip is an amazing and caring doctor! She has such a good bedside manner, answered all my questions, and was so knowledgeable. I recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Phillips first impression was outstanding, she tells me that we are going to be BFF for the next 10 years at least as she follows my cancer and thyroid levels. Let me tell you that was the nicest she has been. Since then I can’t get through to her, messages get lost or not sent. You email they still don’t respond for days to weeks. They meaning dr and staff got very crappy when I finally had enough. In the end, I’ve obtained a new doctor who is interested in listening and helping with my meds. She left me high and dry and didn’t care that she had. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone that needs constant contact or help straightening out meds to stay alive.
