Definitely will recommend Dr Hooda
On July 12, 2022, I saw Dr Hooda as a new patient. My primary suggested an echocarduigram at Reynolds Memorial Hospital but they kept postponing it until September. His wife, Mary Pack is a patient of Dr Hooda and recommended me to see Dr Hooda. He scheduled 3 tests for the end of this month Dr Hooda is a fantastic physician who will go all the way to find my condition,

The wait time is unbelievable. Truly. It is a small town, rural medicine, with not hundreds of patients waiting in the lobby. BUT for some reason, you wait for around TWO HOURS every time you’re there in the office! Totally ridiculous. I have been Dr. Hooda’s pt for a few years now, and STILL have not met him. I have only ever dealt with his PA or NP, which is fine for allergists or something, but cardiology? Maybe just meet me once and then pass me off to the PA/NP? I get he’s busy with emergent ER cases etc. But this office is absolutely ridiculous. They only ever ask, oh how ya doing and not a whole lot more ar checks. They don’t even do a routine semi annual EKG...at a CARDIOLOGIST’S office!! I have been to plenty of other cardiologists, Penn etc, and they always always do an EKG, especially if they haven’t seen you in months. Don’t come see Dr. Hooda for routine cardiac care. He might save you with a heart cath in the cath lab, but steer clear of his slow awful office.

HI I HAD DR HOODA HE WORKS IN CONJUCTION WITH DR TERRY I LIKE DR HOODA SO MUCH HES GOT A GREAT BED SIDE MANNOR AND HES VERY SWEET HES A VERY GOOD DOCTOR HE GOT ME TO A GOOD POINT IN MY LIFE WITH MY STENTS 4 OF THEM SOOOOOO I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AS EXCELLANT CHRIS KOEGLER

Very good bedside manner. Listens and answers all of your questions. Pleasant to talk to and doesn't talk down to you. Is very good at explaining what is going to happen. He did a Heart Cath on me and explained everything that was going on as it was happening. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.
