Amazing Doctor
We request Dr. Singh whenever we can ! He is always caring and thorough. He never hesitates to call me regarding my husband if I am not at the hospital. He digs and digs to find health problems which are occurring until he finds the problem. He goes the extra mile when the hospital listed my husband as outpatient when in fact he was in patient. Mentioned it to Dr. Singh and he took care of it. He explains everything in layman’s terms. Wish he was in private practice because we would be his first patients.

Great experience
I came into Lakeside with stroke symptoms to the ER, I got admitted , and I got Dr Singh for my hospitalist. He was direct and right to the point . He answered all my questions and when I asked if he could explain to me what was next , he did. He was great to work with ! I don’t like doctors , but he made it a great experience ! If you get him, you have lucked out !!! 10 out of 10

Dr. Singh was my husband's assigned hospitalist at Lakeside Hospital when he was admitted for a stroke. Dr Singh was impatient, condescending, and unkind. When we asked clarifying questions he said "as I just told you" and said the exact same answers without giving us any satisfaction that our questions were answered. This happened every time we asked questions. If he is your assigned hospitalist, insist on someone else.

Lakeside hospital
The two times Dr. Singh came into my husband's room to discuss procedures or test outcomes, he would quickly rattle off the information. When we had questions, were trying to understand the next steps or implications of what he had just relayed, or simply did not understand the information he had given us, he was impatient, condescending, and just plain rude and uncaring. When we asked him to repeat himself or to clarify something, he would say 'as I already told you', or 'as I just explained' and say the same words without actually addressing our questions. We were scared and trying to maneuver a life and death situation - obviously we needed guidance and to completely understand what was happening. Horrible experience with him. If he is your assigned hospitalist, request someone else.

He had a horrible attitude and bedside manner. He clearly does not take suggestions from family members well as he raised his voice when i requested specific things for my family member. Did not address my concerns realistically. Was very rude and aggressive when speaking to my family member. Told him if he wanted to get out of the hospital he had to walk 3 times that day. When staff tried to do his first walk to the bathroom his oxygen dropped along with a dramatic increase in heart rate. The staff did not feel safe continuing in this condition. He did not address the reason for oxygen demands at all. When the nurses and staff became concerned with his abdominal distention and pain throughout he told her he needed to walk more and did not look further into the cause. His lab work was a lower than the prior day and his reasoning was it dilution. This "doctor" is an embarrassment to medicine. It is his duty to address concerns of patients and family members but clearly this is inconvenient for him. He should not be a physician or even bedside care.

Terrible experience. I have pancreatitis and was in terrible pain, and despite numerous requests to change something, anything, he would not change either the meds nor increase the dosage. I found him to be a very cold, uncaring man who has no business in medicine. He left me in intolerable pain the the entire time I was hospitalized and I will never be a patient of his again.
