Never listens, argues with patient about how they're feeling, difficult to get prescriptions. In order to have prescriptions refilled, she blackmails you: She requires a 2-minute, $200 appointment every 3 months to get scrips filled. These are ordinary scrips I've been taking for 30 years...!!!

1) Received auto phone message that told me to call 877.848.1457 to make appt. Bogus number; wouldn't take appointments. Why would you send that number? 2) Went to Patient Portal and it wanted me to download new app. Always worked before. You guys make it waaay too hard to schedule an appointment.

Arrogant fool who will be on the other side of the examination table soon enough. Hope Dr. Castelein is treated with the same lack of attention, courtesy, and compassion she showed my father.

Had been a patient of Castelein’s since she graduated. She still has a lot to learn, not only of humility, but respecting patients own knowledge. This includes medicine as well. She will insist she is right, when in fact, data and studies will show she is wrong. She is careless & doesn’t appear to take time to learn as new evidence is discovered. These are the most dangerous of doctors- believeing they are the superior base at all times. Never to learn, learning never ends.

doctor Castelein is a very caring, she takes time to understand and helps you.

Dr. Castelein is a WONDERFUL and DELIGHTFUL person. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend her! She is the absolute best doctor I've ever seen. I am not a fan of going to any doctor but when I have appointments with Dr. Castelein I don't mind going one bit! She has such a way of explaining results, praising positives, as well as explaining places for improvement with such compassion.

Seems that she has no compassion for her job/patients, doesn't listen, felt like I was just another patient, she was very rushed. My experience with her was a waste of time and money, I was pawned off to other specialist, which was better for me in the long run. Would not recommend.

Dr. Castelein is as professional and caring as it gets. Her office is very well run and they always have test results quickly, stay on top of appointments and make it easy to get in at short notice if I have an urgent problem or question. She was very helpful getting me a referral for treatment for my prostate cancer. One of the best doctors I have seen!

After very thorough? research and after consulting with my ob/gyn, psychiatrist, and a nurse/ibc lactation consultant, I decided to take an antidepressant during my pregnancy due to crippling depression and anxiety. When I told Dr. Castelein this, she told me my baby would be born "deformed” because of the med! I never went back. My baby was born healthy and happy has no issues whatsoever. (He's two now.) Please be aware of her ignorance regarding mental health issues.

Poor...arrogant, doesn't listen well, very difficult to get prescriptions. At this point, I have no confidence as proper diagnosis wasn't made until my orthopedist, rheumatologist, and physical therapist directed me to proper specialists. I could have been properly diagnosed and treated about six months ago.

Don't walk...run from this woman! If you care about having a doctor who cares about submitting your prescriptions in a timely manner, will speak with you directly about your health, and hires staff cognizant of their duties then DO NOT see this woman. She cannot assess patient symptoms properly, but will take credit for your own patient diagnosis. She has no bedside manner, nor does she possess the acumen for her field. Please, do not take her on as you will live to , or maybe not, regret it.

Second visit not as great as first introduction...???. She listens and suggests , but also asks some unrelated questions. Appeared rather pushy into areas not as familiar to her. Have had to call more than once to get RX filled properly..
