Terrible
She is horrible. Disrespectful to patients. Carillon should be ashamed for hiring such a “Doctor”. Claiming my mother in law is faking an illness. Are you joking. She is the one that needs psychiatric help.

Me and my family has had a very bad experience with Dr. Williams which I have come to call her Dr. Death. About 2 years ago my wife went into the hospital to have a simple test done and found herself in there for 2 weeks. First let me say that we are a italian family and we kinda talk with our hands moving. One day Dr. Williams came in and asked us a question and my daughter started talking and her hands were moving and Dr. Williams yelled out and said what is all this hand stuff I dont understand this type of talking and at first I thought my daughter was gonna go off on her but she kept her cool and proceeded to answering her question. Well Dr. Williams comes in and say's your wife don't have parkinson's she has parkinsisim's which is do to taking different mental health meds so she order to stop all meds she was taken for 2 weeks then another Dr. came in and asked who ordered this and we tolk him and he said no she has parkinsons and to get her back on her Dopermine.

Condescending attitude
I've had an unexplained neurological issues for about 6years now. She has seen with her team countless times. Even while on the ventilator she still claimed I was faking it. And sent psychiatrist to come see me even when they don't find anything, even when some things were revealed on MRI test that she didn't tell me about. And didn't do follow up to get better understanding of the findings. She also has the nastiest of attitudes. And to top things off she didn't wash her hands before or after entering my room.

I was in the hospital for what looked like a TIA, but tests don't support that, so for 20+ years, I have been treated like I'm faking. It takes many months to regain functioning after the episode. It's 100% real, but because they don't know what is happening, I am labeled as a hypochondriac and dismissed. She came into the room and said, "She doesn't need any of those tests. She has had extensive testing and there is nothing wrong". She is condescending ("There is nothing wrong with you, dear", was her exact statement, verbatim.) and clearly has a superiority complex. Do not go to this provider.

I was recently seen in the ER, by Ms. Williams. My husband & I are furious after reading in the visit summary that my issues were blamed on psychological problems. She was informed I had recently been diagnosed with Lymes, & was on doxycycline. Rather than take ALL things into consideration, it feels like she just glanced at my chart, saw there was a depression diagnosis, & went on from there. When she asked about stress, (after a Toradol injection!) I told her the dr in charge of that aspect of my health was not concerned. That made no difference, as she diagnosed me as having serious adjustment deficits & even stated “… one is struck by the lack of neurological symptoms”. I guess the other drs on my care team were liars. was insulting to read her comments. If she EVER comes into my presence in a hospital setting again, I will walk out, crawl out, whatever I need to.

I had a very bad experience with her, she did not let me explain my situation and spoke over me. She made me feel belittled for my health problems. Why did she even go into patient care? She has no sympathy or empathy within her. I have never had a bad experience with any Carilion Physician until now. I would not recommend her to anyone.
