This is the worst. I would give 0 stars if possible. The receptionist is rude, and makes YOU feel bad for asking that she do HER JOB. When I called to get a prescription refill that was about to run out and I mentioned I would need it before the weekend she replied "are you kidding me?" I was actually almost in tears at the end of the call. She is obviously overworked and under qualified. Every time the practice gets a new doctor to help with the workload, they are gone within 6 months because everything is run so poorly. Dr. Julius is very nice and seems to know his stuff, but that won't matter if he is running 1.5hrs behind schedule and you can't wait long enough to see him (that if you can actually get an appointment with the receptionist). The voicemail box is always full, and posted office hours of 9:00-5:00 Mon-Fri never happens.

When I requested by phone that my records be sent to a new sleep disorders group, the receptionist replied that she could send them "at some point." With an upcoming appointment, I asked for clarification of the timetable. She exploded with a tirade, screaming that she was the only person on staff, was fighting a pandemic, was overworked, and on and on and on. During a previous in-office visit, I had sensed her strange, confrontational behavior. No professional—especially a physician—should employ such a raving lunatic as the public face of his practice. Dr. Julius, the time to make a personnel change is long overdue!

I have been a patient of Dr. Julius for many years. His receptionist is rude and has no business working in a doctors office. I called to ask a question about my CPAP and she indicated that since I was not his original patient I would have to have a sleep study. I told her I was his original patient and she told me I was wrong. I told her I knew what I was talking about and then I said maybe I need to get another doctor, and she said yes you need to change doctors. I feel bad for Dr. Julius losing business over her as I have found a new doctor.

This office is of poor quality. The office manager cursed me out repeatedly and told me to go take my meds for calling and asking to speak to Dr Julius. She should not be working in a medical office at all. She did all of this because I asked to get a copy of my medical records and wanted to verify that it cost $35 for them. Wow ! Was she having a bad day ? No because she has acted this way before on the phone with me and I wrote it off as a bad day. She is just rude.
