Lucky to have found her
Such a relief not to have to fight my way through some huge corporate megapractice. Dr Li is accessible in a way I didn't think existed anymore. She genuinely cares about her patients and always answers questions and addresses any concerns I have. Easy to talk to. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and have never had any issues with the front desk staff.

I have been going to Dr. Li for many years. Dr. Li and her front office are excellent. She always takes her time with me and listens to my concerns. If you leave a message in her office, it is returned promptly. I have complete confidence in her. Mary M.

Last time when I took my mom to see her. She still had refill for her prescription, and she said she will refill it, when she is out. Now today I just got text from pharmacy, and said she won't authorize it until she sees her. During this Covid 19, it is so ridiculous to see her just for refill, and I don't believe all those telemedicine.

I am most likely to recommend Dr. Li for a physician cause she always listens to your concerns re: your health & she takes the time to attend to you at the time of your visit; she also takes the time to call you regarding your test results to explain the details & what steps to take to deal with the situation.

My experience with Dr Dena and her front office staff have been very positive. She is helping me with my high cholesterol and anxiety attacks. I feel very confident that I am in good hands and I think that really helps me to stay positive. I also like that I don't feel rushed. She takes her time with me and explains to me what I need to know.
