Dr. Denia Pedreira, MD

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with Doctor Pedreira. Unfortunately, I found my interaction with her to be quite challenging. Throughout the appointment, she did not listen to my comments and concerns. Additionally, she does not make eye contact with me while I was speaking, which made me feel disregarded. Furthermore, their words were harsh and lacked empathy, making the entire experience quite distressing. It is important for a doctor to demonstrate good bedside manner, showing empathy and understanding towards their patients. Unfortunately, this was not my experience with Doctor Pedreira.

Dr. PEDREIRA is amazing. Very kind. Helpful and explain everything with patience and details. The diagnostics always are on point. I have been with her for several years.

No manners, no interest on patients’ concerns! Find someone else if you can because this doctor is a joke!

Dr. Pedreira is not only a very knowledgeable professional, but she has a genuine, warm, caring, compassionate bedside manner and is very thorough. Highly recommend! She's also upbeat and fun!

I had multiple horrible experiences when seeing Dr. Denia Pedreira. I don't know why she has so many good reviews. I came in with severe whiplash symptoms as well as neurological and muscular pain, and asked to be referred to specialists who could help me. She responded by screaming at me for asking for such referrals, on top of not suggesting anything to help me at all and brushing off my symptoms which is unfortunately typical in the medical field for women and young patients. She resorted to brushing me off and telling me to just see a psychiatrist which is INCREDIBLY irresponsible considering she knew I had a neck injury. She also would yell in the hallways where patients could hear that she does not know how to handle my case. She refused and put up an argument that she did not need to write a script for me to go see a physical therapist despite me needing one. She takes personal phone calls repeatedly in the middle of my appointments, and rush me through my appointments.

Dr Pedreira has a kind an caring demeanor. She is patient in explaining things carefully.

Someone wrote "Dr Pedreira is the best I found in this country" and I totally agree. She is the one who is making history in this pandemic. I am just a number with this disease.Dr Pedreira has been my doctor before and during this time and she is always there, ready for each call with her best disposition, her experience and knowledge. In these difficult days I can thank myself for having found a great professional and and unbeatable human being in my doctor.

Dr. Pedreira is amazing; she is very professional, patient, thorough, and kind. I have not met a doctor like her in a very long time. You can tell she cares about you and takes the time to explain if you have questions or doubts. I feel very lucky to have found her.

I had to put some minutes apart to write down this review, I’d regret my self not doing it. This doctor is by far the best one I ever found in this country. Sadly I must say I’ve struggled with my previous PCPs because you can smell from your 1st visit they don’t care about you, they just want you signing papers to get paid and get rid of you ASAP. Dr. Pedreira is so “human being”, she cares about her patients, she does everything to make sure you are having the attention you need and deserve. Her professionalism, knowledge, experience, skills and values are the perfect mixture you’ll beg to find on any hands you put your life in. Personnel is also very kind. There is a Dominican nurse (Pardon I can’t remember her name) that is also all support and kindness. I definitely recommend them, no doubt!

Dr. Pedreira is the best. Very patient and excellent profecional.
