Dr Bell-Carter has been my primary doctor for over 10 years. During that time under her supervision I have had breast cancer surgery discovered in time 6 year no cancer in breast. I had knee replacement surgery with complications and under her vigilance completely recovered and walking normal. In 2018 I had what the outside primary care clinic diagnosis was pneumonia she followed up and got me tested for lung cancer. Had surgery left lung removed and breathing good no cancer last scan in remaining lung. I would like anyone reading this to know she is a kind and caring doctor to have looking After you health

I have been a patient of hers for over 2 years. I have several health issues and she has managed to help me control or manage all of my issues (diabetes, coronary, nerve, hypertension, and kidney). I have nothing but praise and kudos to give her. She listens and she feels your pain and understands what you are going through. I would recommend her to all my friends and relatives.

Most physicians these days, shake hands, say hi and rest of interview looks at computer. Dr. Bell looks at you when she speaks, apologetic if late, answers questions, when asked. I have the feeling that she really is concerned with your well being. Takes her time during interview. When I met her, my PCP was absent and she was substituting and from that one sitting, I changed to her as my PCP. and have never regretted it.
