New patient
I had a great visit with Dr Brown, she was very thorough and seemed to take my concerns seriously. I asked to have a glucose and b2 test done and she ordered an entire panel of things to check which I really appreciated! Sometimes I feel anxious having to ask for bloodwork I don’t want to be thought of as paranoid but I really like to keep my numbers in check so I appreciated that more than she knows. She is a breath of fresh air after my last doctor.

Dr Brown doesn't treat patients. Her job is to place as many referrals as possible. She also has a tendency to call out sick forcing me and others to reschedule appointments. She doesn't return phone calls. All communication goes thru her nurse.

She can be late to appointments and because she is on a limited schedule it is difficult to reschedule, however the level of care is excellent! She is somewhat old school, she will tell you if your overweight, drink to much, or have other health issues. She will keep telling you every time you see her, but she will respond to any health complaint thoroughly and thoughtfully with the full extent of her experience. She will follow up personally if there is an issue, she really seems to care for my well being but can come off as a little over cautious.

She consistently canceled appointments (some just 30 minutes before!) and the earliest I could reschedule was 2-3 months out! Does not give that caring attitude. If you are overweight she will let you know every time. Was with her for over 10 years and she never gave me a good feeling.

Dr.Brown is a great doctor. I have been going to her for the past 5 years or so. She is extremely thorough and really cares about her patients. I had a scare recently that I had a condition. She expedited my tests and got me results that same day. Not to mention, she remembers little details I tell her about my life, she is also a caring person!

This provider does not order necessary tests for her patients (MRIs specifically), she missed my cancer diagnosis after I had seen her with all of the symptoms every month for six years. I even requested an MRI be done, and she refused. Once I left Compass Medical and replaced her as my primary care, my new provider ordered an MRI at the first visit after hearing of my symptoms. She also missed a neighbor of mine's Type II Diabetes diagnosis, which can by assessed by ordering simple bloodwork
