I have had two ruptured ear drums. I had my first Tympanoplasty surgery on my left ear last year by Dr. Guendert. It’s a scary procedure walking into, because it’s such a delicate surgery. Her office staff, and her demeanor is professional, and kind. I get in quickly, and on time. She is straight forward and helpful. My left ear is in working condition, and my hearing has been restored. Although I have moved to Sacramento, I am currently making trips down to Stockton so she may do the surgery on my right ear. Mainly I TRUST this doctor, and feel safe with her instruction and help in my recovery.

Understanding, quick, very honest. Once you get past the trinity parkway Sac Ent receptionists it’s smooth sailing. Her assistant is wonderful as well as the Lodi office staff. Can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Guendert is excellent. But, do not expect a call back for at least three hours and sometimes more to schedule an appointment. There is no way to reach her or any one in administration. Customer service suffers here, in a big way.

She is fabulous. The front end stuff needs to be replaced with kind patient people but once you get past the front desk and schedulers she is worth it.
