Dr. Valero has a wonderfully calm manner and answers all of my questions. She truly cares about her patients and takes time with them in each visit

Dr. Valero took her time to explain my illness and to give me clear instructions on how to get better.

Dr. Valero seem to not respect her patients and talk down to them. She definitely do not involve them in their treatment and care plan. Did not familiarize herself with the patient medical history. Just wanted to push pharmaceuticals on you without considering the negative side effects they had on your body. Did not give test results in a timely manner. You had to inquire about your results and then wouldn't get a thorough explanation of your condition. I could not, in good conscious, reccommend this Dr to anyone.

I felt Dr Valero was knowledgeable but I felt my first visit was rushed she more or less did not allow me to address concerns but rather told me what she wanted me to do. She did not let me have a say so in treatment plan of care.

Dr Valero is my elderly mom's primary doctor. This was the first visit with the doctor and mom was under stress due to prior situations. Dr Varelo listen to our concerns and she was very pleasant and provide it guidance.

Very nice assistant, to help, no long wait time, Quick service and understanding with treatment, explain health issues if you don't understand. Work together with you to make your health care better much as possible. Thank you Dr. Valero.

Dr. Valero listens carefully, and is very thorough with her questions and exam, She takes the time to explain everything without being demeaning or rushed. Polite and respectful. And she doesn't hesitate to give referrals when needed.

She asked all the right questions. Would listen when needed. Explained everything so I understood. Easy to talk to. Calm and gave me the time I needed. I was very happy with my visit

Ella escucha los síntomas q le comento y se toma el tiempo para checarme muy bien y también m receta mi medicina y me da otras opciones x si n s me quitan los síntomas, para transferirme con un especialista.

Dr. Valero is a straight shooter. She does not mix words, just to make someone feel happy. But she will tell you the truth. She is a very caring person, and will explain treatment options and plans. She is a physician who listens to what I have to tell her.

Dr. Valero is very warm and caring. She actually listen, and spend time with her patients to their medical needs and concerns. I have several medical conditions Dr. Valero works carefully with me to develop a wellness plan that works. She’s been my doctor for about four years, she was a resident doctor at first. I loved her so much that when she finished her residency I followed her to a different medical office. You do not find many doctors like her who is genuinely concerned with you overall health. I highly recommend her!!!

She was not warm or friendly. She did coordinate what test should be done. Did not have a good background on my medical history. She wanted me to call and coordinate care with my other doctors in term of Care. The woman was not understanding and told me to get a form I had no idea about.
