I was referred to Dr. Hembd by another doctor. I've been dealing with a certain pain issue for over a year and it's been beyond frustrating. Dr. Hembd took the time to listen to my concerns and act on them. It was very obvious to me that he cares about his patients and I'm very thankful I was able to see him. He made it clear that he is genuinely invested in helping me get a diagnosis, and more importantly, a treatment.

Dr Hembt recognized that my back pain needed facet injections, not an epidural. I had the injections in January 2012, and I’ve been great since. (I also got a new, firm bed, which he recommended!). I fell recently and it was a few months before I felt better, and I’m thinking of another injection to help me along. I felt no pain during the injections. I’d not hesitate to recommend Dr Hembt. The only problem is getting an appointment soon enough! He’s pretty booked.

Dr. Hembd explained treatment options for my herniated disc. He performed 2 epidurals, each lasting more than 6 months. He was very thorough in explaining the options for pain management for my back pain. I would definitely go back to him for a nerve ablation if the severe pain comes back.
