Unprofessional
Dr. Jacks spent 3 minutes with patient. Left the room to check her out, but we called him back so we could ask questions. Asked one question, got a quick answer, and he was out the door again. The nurse was very helpful.

DR Jacks is a great doctor. He is very concerned about you, and he takes time to give you the care that you need. He is the kind of DR that you want because he is compassionate about what he does. He is not in it for just the money. He is a DR that has a true calling.

I had a hysterectomy and a bladder sling done on Monday. The only way I even know Dr.Jacks was involved was because other surgeon said so. He never came by to check on me while I was in the hospital, never had his office call to check on me & never provided me with any follow up instructions.

Horrible bedside manner. Tempermental. Family centered care is downright deplorable.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. Went over and above to consult with another doctor to resolve medication conflicts for my father. Has been my urologist for a number of years and he is excellent.
