Dr. Dennis Kropp, DO

I have never had a bad experience with this office and have been seeing Dr. Kropp for over 20 years. The office moved and is now a bigger practice. Dr. Kropp is semi-retired - but I will stay with him until the day he retires as he is a warm, caring, great diagnostician. He knows my family and treats us all with professionalism, as does Susan at the front desk and Ann Marie, the nurse.

Trying to make an appointment when I AM available to take off work is a nightmare. The staff is terrible and offers no help what so ever

Dr. Kropp and his Staff were unkindly Negligent in the Treatment of my son. My son was a patient of Dr. Kropps for six years when suddenly the office manager Susan and others in the office refused to take his phone calls. My son suffered from Dr. Kropp's Sudden disinterest in treating his patient! By abruptly withdrawing him from his medications, deliberate delays of his medicine being called into pharmacy, Susan responsible. Well as a mom, I would warn all patients to beware of this office and their tactics! My son ended up in poor health and with a Psychiatric condition deemed a disability now by Soc. Security. Dr Kropp, my child trusted you. Your staff needs replacement, I would throw them all out of the front door and lock it. You all endangered his sanity and health by what you've done to him with your negligence, unfair treatment, withholding his medications and all together, One Lousy, game playing Office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kropp for over 20 years. He is a very thorough Doctor. He listens and has a very good relationship with his patients. He never rushes through the appointment and is friendly with a sense of humor. Highly recommended! I don't mind waiting to see the best doctor. Anne Marie and Susan are also extremely nice and professional. A+ in my opinion.

5 stars until they moved... the office is very disorganized, the wait time was an hour and a half for my 3 o'clock appt... didn't get out until after 5:00... was billed incorrectly, should have been a preventive visit (where it is entirely covered by insurance) and it took at least 8 phone calls to both the insurance company and the doctor's office to have it re-coded , a month and a half later it was finally straightened out...in my view all of this is unacceptable

The WORST doctors' office I have ever been to. I had an appointment at 11am. Did not get called back until 12:30! The one receptionist is helpful(Susan), but the other one (Keisha) sat there doing nothing while the other one had to do everything. Keisha was also VERY rude, and should definitely not be allowed to work in an office where you have to deal with people. I tried to call and get a prescription refilled, and my call did not even go through to the office, it went to a call center! I hav

Dr Kropp' s office staff os incompetent. One of the office staff shred my orginal health records after I told them thtee times I wanted them back. Waiting time to see doctor is between 1-2 hours. Told me to go to urgrent care when I was sick because they did not have any appointment spots open.
