Dr. Murphy is a very compassionate and thorough doctor. His expertise in geriatric medicine is exemplary. I would recommend him to anyone. Kind of reminds me of an old TV doctor, Marcus Welby. The practice he is in does not allow consultations with him or contact in any way except email. That is a huge problem for seniors. When we are sick and need him, he is not easily accessible. It's frustrating to deal with his office when you are really sick. There are PA's there and we often get transferred to them. This is unacceptable as me and family have been misdiagnosed a 2 occasions by them.

Absolutely. One of the few physicians who demonstrate a solid understanding and genuine concerns for their patients. I feel blessed that he is my primary care physician.
