not caring for patient
my wife has been a patient with Dr. Novak office. she has never seen dr Novak however she is always treated by doctor Trish Radd.she has been going to her office for 6 months now with a medical condition that has still been left untreated.after numerous visits as well as seeing specialists which do not help her either.all we have is expensive medical bills with no results.in my opinion if the answer is not straight forward for doctor Trish she will not make any attempt at solving the issue.

Office
This review is about the office, as we've not met the doctor. I set up an appointment for my son, and was sent paperwork. I forgot about the paperwork and my son had a Friday appointment that particular week. I got a call on Monday telling me that the paperwork needed to be completed sooner, and that I wouldn't be able to bring my son. I asked the girl, if I did the paperwork right now and sent it to her, could you keep the appointment? And she said no. She could have put that paperwork information in her computer by that friday, but chose to cancel instead. So I asked if I can make a new appointment for him, and she said yes, but would have been 3 months down the road. I just think it's ridiculous that I couldn't have sent the paperwork in on a Monday for a Friday appointment.

Dr. Novak is one of the smartest guys I've even been around. His knowledge allows him to immediately dismiss social-driven myths and misunderstandings, bringing clarity and comfort in his diagnoses and treatments.
