Great Experience
Dr. Thakor was fantastic. I have suffered for years with sinus problems on my left side. Dr. Thakor examined me and immediately had me get a CT scan of my head. He sat down and explained the problem. Finding that my left sinuses were all plugged, he scheduled surgery which was a huge success. He had to repair the septum and drain pus out of all sinus cavities on the left side. Follow-up exams went well and he took time to explain everything. He was great!

Ridiculous all the way around. Office staff is unresponsive (plan on being on hold for at least 15 minutes every time you call) and the insurance pre-certification coordinator is incompetent. It took over 40 phone calls and three months to get the appeal letter submitted for my surgery. Once the letter was submitted, surgery was immediately approved. After al that, the surgery to repair my collapsed nasal valve didn't work. DO NOT GO TO DR. THAKOR.

Dr Thakor did not listen to my concerns at all, spent 2 minutes with me. he actually suggested I buy these plastic pieces to stick up my nose at night to solve all my sinus problems. I followed up with another ENT this week and I have multiple issues and require surgery, he stated he was surprised I could breathe at all. I've been miserable for almost a month and if he listened to me at all he may have helped me then, I would not recommend going to this man for anything.

Was not impressed with Dr or staff. Was told tumor was begnign and not to worry about or remove. Every other ENT recommended removing. I also had abnormal swelling after a needle aspiration performed here and the staff was extremely rude to me when calling about it. Ended up going to the hospital and after a CT scan and testing there the er Dr highly recommended I see a different ENT.

I had oral leukoplakia after he had given massive dose of antibiotic and then when I called back he told the nurse to tell me to read a book called yeast connection. I already own this book and many others and stay on yeast free diet. I find this highly ironic. He is ok doc , if you never get sick. Good with allergies. God forbid you ever get ill. Horrible man
