Dr. Deqiang Zhang, MD

I was recommended Dr. Zhang by a woman my age (mid 20’s) with similar health issues. He is always quick to get to the root of the problem and send referrals as needed. He is polite and has been the best PCP I’ve had. Since I’ve been under his care I finally had 2 diagnoses no one else would listen to or find an answer to. Highly recommend him, my only concern is he wouldn’t switch me to a different anxiety medication when I have a panic disorder.

Dr. Zhang and his team are the best! We are so lucky to have him as a provider for our parents.

Dr Zhang is always looking out for trouble before it becomes a real problem. I had been putting off a calcium scoring cat scan of my heart for the past 4 years until my last physical exam when Dr Zhang strongly advised me to go get it done. My calcium scoring for my age (late 60s) was pretty good , however, the examination found an aortic dilation which can be extremely dangerous if left untreated . I am now in the care of an excellent cardiologist and being treated to try to prevent surgery. Without Dr. Zhang's care I would be blissfully unaware of this potentially dangerous condition. thank you Dr. Zhang !

Simply put, Dr. Zhang is the best doctor that you could find. He is a brilliant, caring, compassionate doctor who treats every patient special.

My son has severe anxiety and panic attacks dealing with his Dad’s chronic illness. He was just notified that a hang is dropping him as a patient because he’s missed 3 appointments in the last 2 years, one missed appointment was due to a panic attack while he was waiting to see the doctor!! I can’t believe how callous he is to turn away a patient that is really struggling!!! All I can say is “Shame on you” Dr Zhang!!!

Our elderly mother was fortunate enough to receive a recommendation for Dr Zhang to become her primary care physician. As a result of his brilliant diagnosis in reference to her medical history, she has made a complete turnaround. He listens, he is always on target, he has a keen sense of probability and if in doubt at all, will always make the correct referral for the right specialist. However, as far as her six adult children are concerned, Doctor Zhang is her one and only specialist across the board! If you are reading this review and are considering using Dr Zhang for your primary care physician, rest assured, you will not be disappointed.

A Dr. who listens to his patients and prescribes very professionally. He is a good man.

He is a primary care doctor specializing in internal medicine and will not prescribe a basic birth control pill, therefore, be forewarned if you are a female patient.
