I have no complaint about Dr Bergeson's service to me but am completely disgusted with his billing methods. I NEVER received an invoice from this doctor. Nor did I expect one because I am covered under Medicare and supplemental insurance and 99% of the time this satisfies all charges. But instead of sending me an invoice, he sent this to collections. I have yet to see an invoice. I have an 860+ credit score for a reason. I timely pay ALL my bills. But obviously I cannot pay one I don't know about. Bergeson's office could have called me or mailed me. They were given my address certainly. Instead they just sent a small balance (~$40) to collection. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
